Dr. T. Lynn Smith is an anointed and spellbinding teacher, captivating audiences with her dynamic instructional delivery grounded in education, research, and prayer. Her expertise spans being a certified LifeWorks Coach, accomplished author, musicologist, clinician, songwriter, organist, and entrepreneur.

 

Dr. Smith's bi-vocational business roles include CEO/President of Real Solutions of Georgia, Inc., Executive Director of Expressmi Music, and Treasurer of Girls Got Life, LLC. Her leadership in these roles is a testament to her capabilities. In her ministry, she serves as Regional President of the Southeast Region Department of Music for COGIC, Minister of Music at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA, Logistics Liaison for the General Council of Pastors and Elders for COGIC, Chairperson of the Trustee Board at Hinsley Temple COGIC, and Volunteer Chaplain at the Fulton County Sheriff's Office in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Smith is the Program Director at the Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development for The Salvation Army Southern Territory. Her commitment to education is evident in her diverse educational background, which includes an Appraiser Certificate from the Real Estate Information Management School, a BA from North Central College, an MSM from National-Louis University, an MACM from the Interdenominational Theological Center, and a DSM from Union Bible Theological Seminary. She is also a LifeWorks Certified Coach (LWCC).

As an author, Dr. Smith penned "A Comprehensive Guide To Music Ministry," a highly regarded instructional manual, and released her debut CD, "Just Praise & Worship," featuring "Glory and Praise.". Currently, Dr. Smith serves as Secretary for the National Board of Trustees for the Church Of God In Christ (COGIC), Inc., as Program Manager for the COGIC Solutions Economic Development team, and as a member of the Codification Committee for the General Assembly. Locally, she is the leading Elder for Hinsley Temple Church Of God In Christ under Pastor Dr. Lytia R. Howard and the Jurisdictional Secretary for the North Central Georgia Jurisdiction led by Bishop J.E. Hogan, Sr.

Dr. Smith is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University. By the end of 2024, Dr. Smith will release her second book, "No Ceilings," and an interactive teaching Pot cast Video series entitled "The Directors Class with Dr. T. Lynn Smith." She is passionate about writing music, developing leaders, mentoring young adults, and intercessory prayer.
